Software that gets out of your way
We build the tools we wished existed when we were running stores ourselves — open, honest about pricing, and quick to get out of the way once they've done their job.

We started because the tools kept charging us to grow
ForgeStack began in 2021 as an internal tool. We were running online stores on a hosted platform that billed us more every time we did well, and locked the features we needed behind the tier above the one we were on.
So we built our own. Then a few other people asked to use it, and it turned out the frustration was not ours alone. Shopora opened to the public in 2022 with a free plan that is still free today, and the rest of the suite followed.
Today ForgeStack is four products sharing one account: a store, a chatbot, a page builder and a CRM. They work on their own and better together, and every one of them will let you take your data and walk away. That constraint keeps us honest.
Four things we won't trade away
They cost us revenue now and then. That is rather the point.
Open by default
Our products are open-source friendly because the people who depend on software deserve to see how it works — and to leave if it stops serving them.
Useful before clever
We ship the boring thing that solves the problem today rather than the elegant thing that might solve it next quarter.
Priced without tricks
Free plans that stay free, no per-seat surprises, and no feature held hostage to force an upgrade you did not need.
Built to be left
Your data is exportable and your store is portable. We would rather earn the renewal than trap you into it.
