Things people ask before signing up
Can I change plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Upgrades apply immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for Free — it takes an email and nothing else, and it does not expire into a paid tier. You only enter payment details if you move to Basic or Premium.
Do you offer discounts?
Registered non-profits and educational institutions get 50% off any paid tier — just write to us. Every plan is already billed annually, so there is no monthly premium to dodge.
Is there a limit on traffic?
No. We do not meter visitors or bandwidth on any plan, including Free. Products and stores are the only counted limits, and only on Free and Basic — Premium lifts both.
Which payment methods work?
All major cards, UPI, net banking and wallets in India, plus cards and SEPA internationally. Invoicing is available on Premium.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices exclude GST and any local sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
